Which Contis did you buy?
If you are wanting comfort, road use drivability, there is not a better tire than the Michelin PS4S tires. There are TWO major variants for these tires and one is an OEM BMW & GM TPC Spec that has a four-compound, additional carbon belts and were designed to set records at Nurburgring for all-weather performance tires for less than $10/tire!! Watch this video to see the true differences... not all versions of the same size & brand of tires function the same. This is why I switched last year to the
Kumho PS91 fronts as they are an exact copy of the
Michelin PS4S OEM at nearly half the price but they do not make the rear sizes for the ZL1-1LE. I tested these tires in snow, ice and on the track with exceptional results!
NOTE: The video shows the BMW M3 Competition which is a heavier car than the ZL1-1LE, so when using these tires, you can expect a considerably better road feel and quieter ride. I have bought four sets of these tires for two different ZLEs with outstanding results.
