I think I've always done my pulls the same way. Up and incline, locked in 4th (automatic), from 40-100. Lately just to ensure fuel pressure integrity all the way through under an extended load I have been doing pulls from 25-100 in 4th under WOT up an incline. That has shown me any and all prevalent issues that may be hiding either in fueling, timing or anything else that I might be blanking out on right now.
