I let my 21 yr old son drive my 1LE when I first got it. He was used to the 5 speed in his car and couldn’t believe how nice the Tremec shifted. He’s probably driven it maybe 10 times or so, with no issues. I did explain to him about the low front and how turning off traction control will be instant death if he decides to punch it. He will probably end up with it eventually so I’d rather have him have good memories about the car vs the “car my dad wouldn’t let me touch”
