The only difference I know of is: the BCM doesn't have the car all lit up when you use remote start. But it sure will be when you get in through the door. How much power is that? Don't know, probably a few amps.
I'd check the battery terminals. If you're feeling froggy and have a meter, do a voltage drop test on the and power wiring from the battery to the starter and back, including the grounds.
Also probably won't hurt to throw on a battery tender for a couple days, the AGM might just (or also) be low on charge.
