If it's not the hub or bearings, and they checked both axle & driveshaft bolts. It could be the center brace on the exhaust from the photo on their website. Shot in the dark here, the best case scenario is having someone else with you to try to pinpoint the noise.
If the noise happens in gear and not in park, you can engage the parking brake and put the car in gear maybe? Here's that exhaust (non-resonated version) for future ref.
Also check the exhaust clamps on all the tips if one of them is slightly loose.
