It wasn’t the screw itself, rather the sheet metal that’s vibrating causing the ticking noise. (I tried a star washer on the bolt first and electrical tape with no luck then went back under to see again)



I was able to make the ticking noise by pushing up from beneath at that certain area. Didn’t happen pushing from the top and if I held the top it wouldn’t make the ticking noise.

After some deliberation, I settled on hammer first then silicone RTV if that didn’t work.

I hammered these two sections with a small hammer, not enough to make impressions or dents. (Will take after photo once it stops raining)

No more ticking.
