The grey clip is just a lock to keep you from accidentally pressing the release tab and accidentally unplugging the connector. Which is so dumb... engineers need things to be more complicated than necessary to justify their paychecks.

The black clip got busted with the gray one. The connector was so stuck on there that everything got destroyed trying to get it off. It still works but there's nothing locking it on and I can slide it off without pushing anything down now
