Yeah, without destroying it.
If you can disconnect it, you can try driving it with 12V DC.
If doesn't light or is dim I would check ebay while you work on diassembling it. It's going to be all surface mount stuff and there is most likely a bad solder somewhere. Might be fixable if you are lucky and skilled. You need steady hands and a microscope like MendItMark on youtube!
