Not the TCM as it has different hardware (8L90 vs 10L80) and control module (T87A vs T92), but the ECM tune should be similar.
I still wouldn't flash a 2019+ tune into my 2018 unchanged, but one can easily get the diffs from stock in VCM Editor, which can then be applied piecemeal to an existing ECM tune from the "other side" of the refresh.
