With saying that, I made semi close to the same numbers with a similar setup running less pulley. I used to make 13.5-13.6 psi at full gun with a 12% lower pulley and now with a Jokerz full tilt ported blower and an LT1 cam with a larger high side lobe I am now running 14-7- 15 psi without making any changes to the pulley setup.

If say based on the numbers that you are running pretty darn good. I also wouldn't run the blower anything further than about 16 psi as well, because at that point you are running outside of the efficiency map.
Good points ROB.

I will also add, just keep in mind, your 9.45" lower + stock sized upper is an apron. 18% overdrive.... whereas a 2.3" upper + 9.17" lower is an approx. 24% overdrive... which is could be worth approximately. 1 - 1.5psi on your build.

Your power numbers seem inline with the mods listed to me. Sounds like a healthy build!
