I would think cam specs would be the same at any altitude. Again, not a cam guru by any means.

We try to run more advance and more cylinder pressure up here. So I was saying that you could design a cam for elevation where it had, for example less overlap and more cylinder compression, but I'm definitely not a cam guru either
