Hi Isaac, pardon me if I'm stating the obvious, but how much current does your new starlight setup in the headliner pull? The radio connection you tapped may well be already close to the capacity of its fuse, and the load you added may have pushed it across the threshold.

How about tapping a different circuit, one with a bigger fuse to begin with? On that note, I wouldn't simply replace the fuse you see blowing with a bigger one, because then you'll probably lose the protection on that circuit altogether.
