I have not personally run the AD09 or the Hoosier Track Attack, but I'd recommend taking a look at some of the tire test articles over at Grassroots Motorsports. They have tested both of those tires and provide a lot of great information.
Regarding the Track Attack vs. the AD09, they are very different tires intended for different purposes. The AD09 is more of an endurance tire, similar to the OEM Goodyear SC3. Less ultimate grip than a super 200 (Track Attack, RE71RS, A052, etc.), but they will hang on longer in a session without overheating and wear slower.
There have been mixed reviews on the Track Attacks. They are fast initially, but the reports are that they heat cycle out pretty quickly and also wear very fast. They have similar behavior to a Hoosier slick, just with tread. If you are going for competitive autocross or TT and looking for every tenth and using a brand new set of tires for every event, that's what they are for. If you are doing HPDE, I'd run something else.
I've run the SC3's on the stock wheels and also RE71RS's in a 305/30R19 square setup. The RE71RS's are about 1/2 second faster than the SC3's on a 1:20 lap, fastest lap typically around lap 3 and then overheating and greasy around lap 8-10. Cool days they will hang on for most of a 20 minute session, hot days they fall off a lot sooner. SC3's take 2-3 laps to wake up, fastest lap around 6-7 and they generally hang on the whole session. Your AD09's are likely similar.
I have about one track day of life left in the SC3's and will replace them with PS4S's for street and wet track. I do really like the RE71RS's, but will be trying out the Vitour P1's next. The Vitours reportedly have similar ultimate grip to the RE71RS's, but with a little higher heat tolerance. They take an extra lap or 2 to wake up, but will hang on longer before overheating.
