I think it looks sexy.
- The pictures at Novistretch don't look the same as in person
- However, my paint is dark and the Novistretch accents the look
The nylon fabric doesn't damage anything and I'm very fussy; however, I have PPF on the front end.
The damage Novistretch avoids is worth the hassle of keeping the fabric clean, bumper and radiator clean.
- To clean the Novistretch, just drop it in the washing machine or hand wash and hang dry
My temperatures are Not affected by the fabric's filter affect.
I've used Novistretch for 3 years, and no signs of the product wear.
- I will purchase another one for backup
To avoid damaging the fabric over the hood latch, pull on the fabric a little when closing the hood.
Note: The real damage to paint that I continue to find is the plastic trim that rub against the metal parts.
For example, The:- Door Panel in many places around the perimeter
- Trunk Lid banging on the top of the bumper
- Trunk drain channels on both left and right sides
To solve all of these issues I use PPF under the plastic trim pieces
Coincidentally, I am fabricating a radiator filter.- I picked up some screen fabric from a Hardware Store, and two plastic corrugated poster boards from Michaels Craft Store
- I will be cutting the posters to leave an "X" frame and then sandwich the screen between the posters
- Hold the two posters together with two zip ties and plastic washers for each pinch point
- Cut one zip tie tall off to be the "nut" and use the other zip tie as the "bolt"
