Got another UPDATE
I'm very sure that the rattle came from that fuel line BUT I checked that fuel line and it is still not making contact. So sliding that rubber part over to keep the metal from contacting worked.
On the other hand, I have sort of been able to pinpoint where the sound is coming from and it's under the car near that SECONDARY catalytic converter and NOT the primary on the driver side. Not sure if something broke loose inside of it. But im not worried about it now because I will be getting headers put on in a few weeks.
