I personally don't feel the juice is worth the squeeze. Standard porting and smoothing out the inlet port to the adapter is as far as I would take it. For a NA build, I wonder if it would even be worth a handful of ponies just in the inlet alone? I doubt it would be worth hogging it all the way out even for a FI build. Are there gains? Sure. Worth the trouble? For the most part, I doubt it.
