Aside from the tuning aspect of this thread, I have been hoping it's been helpful, and even lower some anxiety coming from trying to do a mod' like this. If I can do it, anyone can. And - it's the fueling solution this platform needs.

That goes nothing toward advocating for THPSI and their outstanding service. No attitude, or talking down to. Consistent software updates that you don't have to pay more for. Sure - there's a little more involvement with the software integration, but who knows? Maybe we'll see something on that front in the future.

What I know is I've been slowly chipping away at my tuning method, and am as close as I've ever been. There's, really, only a small part of the model that I've been working on, and it's taking me this long, mostly, because of weather, time, energy, and other things going on with the car that have interrupted my progress. So far - in manipulating the fueling model, I haven't really had to get into the torque model for much, if anything. I am not using the OEM torque model (which I, may have been able to get away with), but they aren't changes most any other tuners get into if they need to. BUT - I'm still playing with part-throttle smoothing, and self-inflicted (I'm pretty sure anyway) issues, but seem to be pulling through. I'll update once I have some confidence, but I'm still happy I went this route.

Back to my initial statements above: While we might need to see as complete an integration as other products out there, there are, still, plenty of tuners that have been tuning this kind of alternate fueling method for years. It might take a little more work, but I've seen some statements from tuners that there are some benefits of freedom to having the additional control this (lack) of integration allows. Regardless - Mike and his company are, absolutely, awesome to work with, and I have no reason to look elsewhere. And, IMO - the takeaway should be this mod' makes up for (pretty much) any deficiency this platform has. You can get well-over 800 (to the wheels) with this mod' (and a low-side - duh) on a stock long block car. Mike's seen well above that with his 2650 and some more boost, so our fueling doesn't have to be an issue anymore. The other option is doing the same thing, and any of us can benefit from either.

JMHO.
