I've just realized that the one rubbing on me was 285/
35/20 and not 285/
30/20.
Sorry everyone, I won't delete my previous post, but indeed rubbing is a non-issue with 30 AR front tires. My other reason still applies, but not the rubbing
Think I'll just edit it up so nobody stops reading and thinks those tires won't work...
