Not the norm but a possibility depending on how you use it, how hard it’s been working, and under what conditions? If you restrict the suction side of the pump, run low on fuel, or go racing every single weekend then annual replacement is a possibility. I’ve been running my Fore system for going on 5 years with the same pumps. But I have no restrictions, always run over 1/4 tank when racing (usually 1/2 tank or more), and go racing a few weekends a year. Then I dump in ethanol stabilizer when the car sits for the winter. So, TLDR, I’ve been fine. The devil is always in the details…
