No update on my talk with my dealer who said the regional representative was going to call me to discuss. I am also going to ask the owner of the dealership to discuss with me. Maybe if enough dealership owners start putting pressure on GM, maybe GM will finally come clean and pay for the fix sooner rather than later.

I was having very hard shifting from 4th to 5th at NCM last week. It seemed to only occur while the transmission fluid was cold. It was truly random, it seemed, and does not occur on the highway. I changed from the ZL1 to ZLE pan, so maybe it's related to the slightly less fluid the ZLE pan uses. I did the level check at 173F, so the level should be correct. If it were under filled, I would assume hard shifting would occur across all gears. I might add in 1 cup of fluid before the next event to see if that helps.
