My understanding of Track mode is that it was programmed to prevent wheel spin, because loss of traction is bad on the track for obvious reasons. My personal experience is that Sport allows much more rear wheel spin than Tour, and Track less than Tour in my A10. I would expect Sport to be likewise more forgiving of launch traction loss on the m6 1LE as well? I know my A10 vert is pretty much an orange compared to the M6 1LE apple.

Yes, track mode is more aggressive. I was launching last year and had typical small bog down like all M6s do. Now it just flat out terrible. It was like trying to get going while driving a moped in Syria. I got PS4S tires that are nearly new and it was 23C yesterday.
