I wrapped it, along with part of the column, and also some of the stuff on the drivers side. Might of went overkill, but had plenty of that wrap to use up. I wouldn’t let any heat issues deter you from headers, just take your time and wrap/move whatever you see close, and all will be fine. Hard to explain it all, but you’ll know what to do once you begin with installing them. I think all the nightmare stories are from people who didn’t wrap, and didn’t pay attention to how close everything was…
