Does anything like this exist for our 2017’s?

I want to put a Shift ball on in place of stock, but want to have a black gap between the ball and the boot (I don’t like the look of the boot all the way to the ball. The adapter at Speed Dawg and others seem to be molded in and designed to have the boot all the way up at the ball. I see Barton has a silver one that would probably work, but I want black

I’ve seen universal ones on Amazon, but have no idea if they are any good or would work on our cars
