Double check your toe rods. I had the bolt on the knuckle end loosen up a bit. That caused just enough wiggle to induce an oscillation during sustained cornering. If you just had an alignment they probably adjusted the toe and thus loosened the bolts.

Edit: I should mention mine occurred on the rear toe rod. But it gave a similar sensation as you are describing.
