Sadly that is the boat I am in. Talking with GM about it but of course haven't heard anything from GM since I talked to them the first time and now they have not returned my calls. And Chevy is refusing to do the recall work at all on my car.

GM somehow managed to screw up the A10 after years of very stable production with only minor shift quality issues ... "second generation design", come on now. This is even worse than the annoyance of the shudder with the A8s still running the original fluid.
