I am not convinced intake/exhaust mods are worth it unless you're FI or camed.
A friend has all the bolt ons except E85 and weighs about 100 lbs less, he gains a few car lengths on the straights at HPR, a 2 min track. A few car lengths isn't nothing, but for me, it's just not worth it. I'd do heads/cam given an unlimited budget but I don't have that and chasing power is the biggest money pit you can find.
