When was this work done? The correct fluid was introduced in Jan 2019 and became more widely available in late February, early March of that year.

Your last option is to get the transmission tuned, this will get rid of the preprogrammed TC clutch slip and keep the trans out of trouble if the shudder isn't super bad, ie the clutch has enough friction material left to properly lock up. It's not like you have any time left on the powertrain warranty anyway.
