Yes that was a typo, I meant 93 octane. As for the flex sensor, it can be enabled and tuned to only vary the stoich but not add any timing. You would just need to be clear with your tuner.
Technically speaking though, using VP Racing Octanium would accomplish the same thing as E20. There isn't any chemical cooling effect, but it increases the detonation buffer. You will still lose power as the blower heats up because you have to pull timing at a faster rate than if you had meth injection or E50+.

Just a thought in case you were limited on fueling room. To run any sort of E on a boosted LT1, you're likely going to need the LT4 hpfp and injectors.
