Starter issue like posted already. These cars are notorious for hot start problems. Adding the ground cable will help for sure. In some cases the slow crank over time damages the starter due to excessive amperage draw. My suggestion would be replace the starter and add an additional ground strap/wire from the engine to chassis. Some guys add the wire on the front area of the engine like already described. Others, including myself, added the wire from the bell housing area near the starter to an existing ground stud above and to the passenger side of the transmission under the car.
