I've never drove a C8, but sat in a few. Rear visibility is the worst I've experienced (if one doesn't consider the rear camera mirror).

I think the Camaro visibility is poor. It took a while for me to get used to, but I've always drove fish bowl cars. (I wish I had the rear camera mirror.) I'm mostly used to it now and learned to adjust my mirrors accordingly and trust them. That said, it's scary when making a left turn at an angled junction, so much so that I just avoid them; would rather make a right turn and then make a u turn. Forget about making a left turn and then stopping in the middle of the road - between medians - to look for oncoming traffic (can't see ****); mine as well use the same tactic as my previous sentence.
This right here is a massive problem and those that have never been in this situation won’t understand that you are literally driving blind as you truly can’t see **** to your right. It’s not a mirror adjustment thing. It’s just downright dangerous.

That being said I read to do this when you are approaching that type of intersection and trying to make a left turn. If possible as you’re coming to a stop turn your car to the right so that it’s perpendicular to the road in front of you. The more to the right you turn before stoping the better you will see to your right. I have tried it once and it seemed to work well (wasn’t as bad of an angled left turn as usual). But yeah I just avoid those intersections if I know they are coming up or I turn right and make a u-turn.
