I could see that if they are changing the oil pump as well.

Here is the thing though...these engines do not have gaskets. Both the timing cover and oil pan are installed with a sealant only. You likely just need to get up under the car and tighten the pan bolts. They are notorious for coming loose along with the 2 oil cooler bolts.
