I really don't know what to make of your findings. I was able to find the Bose system's radio wiring diagram for 2016-2018 Camaros*, and it's attached here. What I'm seeing is a set of "computer data lines" coming out of the Radio module (this is the module to the right of the glovebox) running to the amp, with no analog speaker signal lines coming out of the radio.** Of course this means that there are not discrete channels of inputs going into the amp. Rather, the amp includes a digital-to-analog converter: it takes in digital data, converts it to analog while amplifying it, and sends it out to the speakers.

Given all that, I can't see how the Radio module could cause consistent issues with some speakers while one or more other speakers consistently play properly. If the Radio module were malfunctioning, I would expect you to have the same issues in all the speakers. I'm no expert, so it's entirely possible I'm missing something. However, if I were you I would first check the connector in the amp that includes the speaker outputs, and do your best to trace those wires to the actual speakers and ensure there are no issues in the lines. Might also take a close look at the Human Machine Interface (HMI) Control Module and the Telematics Interface Control Module, since they are also involve in the digital wizardry going on in the system. The latter explicitly involves audio signals, too. These are in the area you'll already be in when you access the Radio module. Finally, also check the Auxiliary Audio Input Module, which is on page 1 of the diagram but doesn't say where in the car it's located. I think that's the input jacks for USB and auxiliary sources inside your console storage. Anything that has "audio input" might be suspicious.

Hopefully, somebody who knows a lot more than I do will eventually chime in here!

*2019+ switched from a MOST coms protocol to an ethernet-based "ABN" protocol. However, in my limited experience the wiring diagrams still seem applicable. They definitely apply on the lower-spec audio system in my SS 1LE.

**The regular 1SS amplified system does appear to have traditional line-level analog signal lines going from the Radio to the amp in the trunk, which surprises me.
