Same tires as you. First square setup I got 52,000 miles on them until I went to staggered setup. Almost two years later and I just replaced them with 35,000 miles on them. Fronts were still at 7/32, rears at 5/32. Just wanted more grip all around.

Like others said check your alignment. The tires should be lasting a lot longer. And it is possible the inside gets damaged when a nail punctures and you drive on it, however slow. Happened to me but thankfully tires had warranty
