I was speaking generally for NA setups. Stock heads/cam
NA LT1's don't need the airflow from a 95mm TB. The gains come more from the LT2 intake manifold vs the LT1 manifold. Then porting the stock TB is the cheaper option and you won't gain anything by going to a 95mm TB.
