Yes. I had this exact info for the last car I upgraded, working with an EE who had a nice bench of test equipment.
We used an audio test CD with frequency sweeps at normalized volume. Set the car for medium to high "system" volume and then measure the electrical outputs at the various speaker feeds to get readings for the EQ and relative volumes.
To be honest, I thought the newer integrated gadgets had some kind of calibration mode which did this automatically.
