Pretty much lol. You use the MPVI (currently MPVI3 but earlier ones still work) to download your tune. Email it off to the tuner who then modifies it depending on your mods and emails you the new tune. When you go to upload your new tune, you’ll pay the credit fee to HP Tuners. Then you can flash that ECM as often as you want at no extra charge to HPT.
