It is rare that I will dyno a stock car without at least bleeding the intercooler becasue they all have air in them.
We have seen as low as 530 with air and as high as 570 beed out,
Octane also plays a good roll in all of this with how knock limited the LT4 is stock so you will see differences from 91-93 octane
We are on 93 octane here and my dyno is 450 ft above sea level.
I have not seen in my 25 years operating Chassis dynos a wild difference in dyno numbers on stock cars from dyno to dyno typically all within 10% of each other unless of course there are other factors at play, like calibration or sensor errors, dyno operator error, lack of air flow in the dyno room causing EGR, dyno in wrong gear.
