If you're stock heads and/or stock cam on an LT1, don't bother with the 95mm TB. Just get a ported 87mm, like the Soler 91mm Eff unit. Even with an unported LT2 TB, put the ported 87mm on it.

If you do a cam, port the LT2 manifold and have it ported for a 95mm TB. Then get the ported 95mm TB from Soler, I think its called the 100mm Eff unit. You could also just do an unported 95mm but the ported unit has an advantage above the stock rev limiter which you typically exceed when you put a cam in the car.

If you do heads and cam, get an MSD intake manifold and a 103mm TB.



The NA cars don't pick up power with oversized throttle bodies like LT4's do. In fact, they typically lose low-mid range torque if your throttle body is too large for the air flow the engine can use.
