As from what others have said, all headers require moving the harness. You do get what you pay for, and thats why I only recommend Kooks (What I personally chose) ARH, or CSP.
With other brands you can get lower quality steel, worse fitment, bad QC, poor customer service, and more. I always suggest a heat coating as well, just for long term durability. Ceramic wires are also a benefit for this reason.

I am a little confused on what you mean by the stock manifold gives you 10-20hp? How does a stock part just randomly gain you horsepower?
