Thanks for all the help. Kind of bummed out about needing the fuel pump on top of everything else.

I did some searches so I am not as clueless about the fuel systems and options. A lot of the same people responding to this thread provided some really good information on previous threads. The stock system does seem pretty capable especially on an NA build. Thought about a an NA build but the drivability is always a huge factor.

Maybe do the supercharger and port injection for a more modest setup and add a pump down the road.

I thought about the ZL1 but had a hard time justifying paying that much for a car. They are definately nice cars though. On top of that to race it. Seems like the ZL1 has the same fueling issues once you go beyond a certain point.
