I thought the port injection was the most budget friendly and worked well. Is that no longer the case?
I believe E85 is available locally. Could the smooth boost (I think that was what it was called) be used to keep hp lower, maybe 600 for running pump gas then when the need arises add E85 and turn off smooth boost to reach the higher hp level?
Port injection will definitely cover your fueling needs but you still need a low side to support the port injection (plus your stock DI fueling).

Smoothboost can be very helpful but seems like a good amount of extra complexity for 700 WHP.
