No, this doesn't make it a COPO, a special program producing only non-street legal drag cars. There were attempts at a COPO-esque, street legal "track day performance" Camaro, but that program was practically stillborn (see

As others have mentioned, this is a demo or press car, which are rare but not as rare or special as a COPO. Heck, my car is also a 1 of 1 with my mods, but still nobody cares (but me
