Are the 103mm snout and throttle body worth adding? I don't think Layno15 has them. Seems like his car made more than enough power.

If you have an SS, you need the LT1 version. LT4 version won’t come with heat exchangers, pump, etc which is a problem since you don’t already have those like the ZL1 does.
What is your power goal…? It’s always the starting point.
