Pretty sure it was 2019. I was still at GM in early 2017 working on a number of things, including next gen Volt and derivatives of that. Reuss’s statements about an all-electric future came while I was working at my current company (I started there in 2018) but before COVID. I’m sure of that because I recall having “water-cooler conversations” about this at a time when we were coming in to the office everyday. We have been hybrid work schedule since coming back from COVID.
