Just best to stay away from any of that. Sadly, the ban hammer gets used way too often and for the slightest of reasons anymore. I get the potential issues, but I didn't see anything political in this thread other than to simply exercise a Constitutional right, if you're eligible. Minority Report comes to mind if this is the case. Getting hammered for what MIGHT happen vs. what actually happens.
