Also if you have a range device, make sure to unplug it and drive at least 200 miles on it. Unplugging the range device right when you get there leaves three of the sensors uncheckable. I was warned once and told that if they couldn't be read after driving so many miles and cycles I wouldn't pass smog.

That's only your county, though, isn't it. Still, how on earth they have the time and money for this insane level of scrutiny is beyond me.
