I am excited to share I welcomed the arrival of a true unicorn!!! We added a 2024 ZL1 1LE to our collection! It matches my 2020 Camaro 2SS 1LE and my inbound 2025 CT5-V Blackwing.
The Long Story - ... I originally ordered a Camaro ZL1 1LE on
September 3, 2022, in hopes of getting one before Chevrolet ended production of the Camaro as the end date was not firm. The idea was to have it match the 2020 Camaro 2SS 1LE that I ordered new. (Yes, the SS is still in the collection!)
The order was submitted at the beginning of the 2023 order bank. As a result of extremely low production and constraints in options - I was patient... waited and waited and waited some more. Eventually, I got the word ... 14 months, after placing my order, that my order was being canceled by General Motors, and Camaro production was ending. I had called around to the 44 dealers around the country who had ZLE's inbound - all were spoken for. Reaching for strings ... I added myself to the wait list for 2-3... nothing materialized.
Jumping forward to 2-years after that initial order was made ... we get to celebrate the arrival of one of the last Camaro's. This is 1 of 44 ZL1 1LEs sold in 2024, 1 of 5 in Summit White... at 4 miles on the clock, this is a true timepiece!
