Depends on your power goals and budget. If you're going for max effort, you want as much air in and out of the engine as you can, and the cam & heads to pump it. In terms of capacity, the LT2 is the middle of the road, even ported. A 95mm TB would match up well with a port matched LT2. Everything works in concert, and with NA it's critical the entire build accounts for each part or you end up chasing bottle necks.
