Proper procedure is to blend half way into the fender and half into the quarter with the base coat.
Clear has to go a bit beyond that and be blended in as well. Some shops go panel line to panel line. For you that would be from the rear bumper to the front bumper.
Clearly they didn't mix the right shade from your RPO codes or did a piss poor job. They hoped you wouldn't notice but I think even Ray Charles wouldn't miss that!

I looked at more pics. That's awful. Did they really think you wouldn't notice?!?! That's clear as day not right. I'm not trying to be rude to you, it's just sad they pushed that out the door knowing damn well it didn't match.

The entire blended panels should be clear coated otherwise you'll see where the clear ends... partial panel with the color and full panel with the clear...
