Just wanted to circle back. I ended up getting the Foxwell NT630 Plus. It's advertised as an ABS and SRS scanner, but it seems to do almost everything else. I like that it also reads OBD, ECM, TCM, and FPCM, and can push commands like ABS bleeding. As a bonus, it can display and record live data.

I gave it a test on my commute to work and it's cool to see what my sensors are seeing, even if I don't know what they all mean just yet. I don't have any codes, so I didn't get to test that. I noted my tire light is on (I know at least one of my sensors is dead), and this didn't pick it up but I'm not sure if TPMS is a separate system that this might not read. It's not urgent either way.
